Why does TRaiNSCEND AI Consulting exist?
I'm Aaron, and I started TRaiNSCEND because my roots are in small business. My first job was in my father's two-person insurance agency, filing paperwork and typing data into his systems by hand. In college, as a finance major, I interned with a two-person financial consulting team, where I ran analysis by hand and redesigned the processes the team relied on every day. Much of that work is exactly what AI can take off an owner's plate today.
Since then, I've spent my entire career at large corporations, over 25 years of improving operations at scale, and I've seen what well-designed automation, data strategies, and the right tools can do. My passion is bringing that knowledge back to businesses like the ones where I started my own journey. So I'm doing it the hands-on way: since spring 2026 I've been automating my own business, TRaiNSCEND, as I build it. The content you see from me is researched and designed with the same kind of automation I'm using myself. I share what I learn, mistakes included.
My mission is Intelligent Transformation for Small Business: making AI practical, and helping you and your people through the change that comes with it. I focus on service-based small businesses including healthcare, legal, real estate, insurance and accounting, along with small and home-based businesses of every kind. Some owners want to roll up their sleeves and learn to do it themselves, and that includes fellow practitioners learning alongside me. Others would rather lean on a firm they can trust. Either way, I start by listening to what's actually slowing you down.
How I work comes down to three ideas. Demystify AI, so you know what it is and what it isn't. Design your future around your goals, using the latest tools. Deliver results you can feel in your week. I'm honest about what AI can and can't do, I cite my sources, and people stay in charge wherever judgment matters. The point is to automate the busywork so you can spend your time on your customers and your employees.
